If Melik Yunus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4 minutes into the match, Romalex City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kamil Engiay came free, but Doruk Tüney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kamil Engiay struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Doruk Tüney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gürsu. Doruk Tüney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kamil Engiay in the 9th minute of the match. Melik Yunus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gaffar Ongunsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naci Öveç's late challenge caught a Romalex City FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Naci Öveç helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Naci Öveç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gaffar Ongunsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Romalex City FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ruhi Karakaya hit a great ball. Melik Yunus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Salih Kemal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cenap Enfal kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Saruhan Sahat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saruhan Sahat in the 38th minute of play forced Gürsu's goalkeeper Salih Kemal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Melik Yunus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Romalex City FC's goalkeeper Doruk Tüney, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Gaffar Ongunsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romalex City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaffar Ongunsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salih Kemal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaffar Ongunsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gaffar Ongunsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Salih Kemal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Gaffar Ongunsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kamil Engiay fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürsu's protests and gave Kamil Engiay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th minute, Kamil Engiay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kamil Engiay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İsmail Cem Yiğit came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Doruk Tüney could save by the left post. Salih Kemal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaffar Ongunsu's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Cemalettin Karadeniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Gaffar Ongunsu made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Gürsu's Salih Kemal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gürsu's goalkeeper Salih Kemal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Gürsu booed when Romalex City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melik Yunus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Cemalettin Karadeniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salih Kemal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melik Yunus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salih Kemal having to interfere. When Romalex City FC's Gaffar Ongunsu in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gürsu's goalie prevented a goal. Salih Kemal came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Romalex City FC's Melik Yunus. But to his dismay, Melik Yunus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.
