They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saruhan Kudsi to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tepecik's zone, Davut Acar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Güntekin Demirman came out of the goal and Davut Acar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Güntekin Demirman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baturay Karacabey in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Baturay Karacabey took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Güntekin Demirman to make any attempt to save it.
