Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cenan Canay took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dursun Sabahaddin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dursun Sabahaddins short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Özdemir Tapgaç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Arif Bilge Huzur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dursun Sabahaddin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Özdemir Tapgaç when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mustafa Anıl Balım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sadri Tayfur, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Sadri Tayfur might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Anıl Balım. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sadri Tayfur ran back to his position shaking his head. 21 minutes into the match, Başakşehir SK's Ahmet İlke Baransel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mustafa Anıl Balım narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Sadri Tayfur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Anıl Balım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Başakşehir SK booed when Kurucasile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tuğrul İskandil didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Kurucasile getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Arif Bilge Huzur hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, one of Başakşehir SK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ahmet İlke Baransel's late challenge caught a Kurucasile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet İlke Baransel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, Başakşehir SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet İlke Baransel to maneuver through the defense. Başakşehir SK's Sadri Tayfur got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurucasile's goalkeeper Mustafa Anıl Balım, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Başakşehir SK's Ahmet İlke Baransel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Anıl Balım made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Cenan Canay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Özdemir Tapgaç. That made the score 2-1 in the 48 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sadri Tayfur made a kick off. Ahmet İlke Baransel scored 2-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mustafa Anıl Balım, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ahmet İlke Baransel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Anıl Balım having to interfere. Sadri Tayfur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet İlke Baransel kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Dursun Sabahaddin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özdemir Tapgaç having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cenan Canay in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Özdemir Tapgaç saved Başakşehir SK from getting behind. Cenan Canay took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özdemir Tapgaç. Özdemir Tapgaç dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 83rd minute, Cenan Canay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Özdemir Tapgaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dursun Sabahaddin in the 85th minute of the match. Ahmet İlke Baransel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Sadri Tayfur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Başakşehir SK defense, Tuğrul İskandil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özdemir Tapgaç. The Başakşehir SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özdemir Tapgaç should have stopped the shot. The Kurucasile support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
