Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) cimbomsaray's Selçuk Şahkar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Kubat Ula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 8 minutes into the match, cimbomsaray's goalkeeper Çağdaş Seri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman. Kubat Ula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çağdaş Seri having to interfere. Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Çağdaş Seri made a huge save. Selçuk Şahkar took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinç Algın. Dinç Algın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Kubat Ula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Durusu JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubat Ula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Çağdaş Seri when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kağan Başol during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rıfkı Buyrukalp kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artun Özgebay in the 36th minute of play forced Durusu JK's goalkeeper Dinç Algın to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 1-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Kubat Ula elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Durusu JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağdaş Seri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 47th match minute, cimbomsaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kağan Başol to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kubat Ula was the one to do the kick off. Dinç Algın didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. cimbomsaray's Çağdaş Seri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman in the 62nd minute of play. Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Çağdaş Seri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durusu JK. Selçuk Şahkar took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dinç Algın. Dinç Algın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 73rd minute Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çağdaş Seri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the game, Bayındır Mehmet Adışanlı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. cimbomsaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Durusu JK the free kick. After a rather tough play, cimbomsaray's Bayındır Mehmet Adışanlı got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Kayacan Canay shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Çağdaş Seri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute, Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman made a precise shot to the right of Çağdaş Seri. cimbomsaray's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. 86 minutes into the game, Gazanfer Sebil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Durusu JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave cimbomsaray the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Durusu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazanfer Sebil to maneuver through the defense. Kubat Ula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute Hüseyin Rahmi Yalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çağdaş Seri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mete Temizsan during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Durusu JK's Mete Temizsan got a free kick in the 95th minute. Selçuk Şahkar was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. cimbomsaray's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Artun Özgebay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Durusu JK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing cimbomsaray to win.
