Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Peker Pınar started the match with the kick off. The supporters of KARAKÖY booed when ARSLAN SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faruk Sait received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tayyar Yalçın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erberk Attar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Yiğit İmdat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KARAKÖY's Peker Pınar got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yiğit İmdat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Orkun Oran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, KARAKÖY's Peker Pınar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orkun Oran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, KARAKÖY's Orkun Oran threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Peker Pınar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Faruk Sait managed to get in a good position for a shot. ARSLAN SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Faruk Sait was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tayyar Yalçın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tolunay Barlas fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KARAKÖY's protests and gave Tolunay Barlas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, KARAKÖY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolunay Barlas to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ARSLAN SK getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ahmet Hafiz Yağız hit a great ball. KARAKÖY's Baha Karabulut couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ARSLAN SK. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faruk Sait made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, KARAKÖY's goalkeeper Tayyar Yalçın had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erberk Attar. The supporters of KARAKÖY booed when ARSLAN SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ünsal Oğuz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Faruk Sait got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, KARAKÖY's Peker Pınar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orkun Oran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 70 minutes, Yiğit İmdat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KARAKÖY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yiğit İmdat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Orkun Oran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peker Pınar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yiğit İmdat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orkun Oran having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, ARSLAN SK's Faruk Sait sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tayyar Yalçın narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ARSLAN SK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ARSLAN SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
