In the 3rd minute Demirhan Mevlit suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Orduspor! Halil Utku Baloğlu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Davut Serol struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Alpay Nurtekin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basmakci. Anıl Ozan Somer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orduspor's Alpay Nurtekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nusrettin Akburak in the 13th minute of play. Nusrettin Akburak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alpay Nurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Nusrettin Akburak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Basmakci's supporters rose to their feet, but Nusrettin Akburak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alpay Nurtekin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Günay Vecid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nusrettin Akburak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nusrettin Akburak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alpay Nurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 37 minutes of play, Basmakci's Davut Serol made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alpay Nurtekin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Nusrettin Akburak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Davut Serol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davut Serol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alpay Nurtekin having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Salih Barçın dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alpay Nurtekin, 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nusrettin Akburak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Salih Barçın's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alpay Nurtekin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Salih Barçın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Orduspor's zone, Salih Barçın stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alpay Nurtekin came out of the goal and Salih Barçın tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salih Barçın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salih Barçın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Alpay Nurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Davut Serol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Salih Barçın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Alpay Nurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Soner Karahan came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Basmakci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Soner Karahan couldn't finish the play. Davut Serol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nusrettin Akburak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alpay Nurtekin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salih Barçın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nusrettin Akburak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alpay Nurtekin having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Basmakci players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
