Melih Tümcan started the match with the kick off. Sarper Gürgan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melih Tümcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cankut Altınkaya charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cankut Altınkaya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Cankut Altınkaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute of the match Tolga Ozan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sarper Gürgan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Güngör Tekindağ was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trabzonspor FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yedigöller FK the free kick. Güngör Tekindağ kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Melih Tümcan struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Sarper Gürgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yedigöller FK. In the 18th minute Atacan Tokhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egemen Akdiken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet İlke Bedi charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet İlke Bedi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Yedigöller FK's Ahmet İlke Bedi got a free kick in the 19th minute. Atacan Tokhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Egemen Akdiken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Atacan Tokhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Atacan Tokhan came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Trabzonspor FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atacan Tokhan couldn't finish the play. 40 minutes into the match, Yedigöller FK's goalkeeper Egemen Akdiken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duman Yorangil. In the 46th minute, Melih Tümcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atacan Tokhan made a kick off. Trabzonspor FC's Kartal Temur got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Melih Tümcan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sarper Gürgan. Melih Tümcan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Trabzonspor FC's Duman Yorangil got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 69th minute, Deniz Nurbaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atacan Tokhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yedigöller FK's Cankut Altınkaya got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melih Tümcan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sarper Gürgan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Egemen Akdiken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atacan Tokhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Egemen Akdiken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atacan Tokhan in the 92nd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Yedigöller FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
