Atilla Kağan Sonay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Şevket Kantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdülhak Mücip succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 9th playminute. 2-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Celal Savni elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Şevket Kantara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdülhak Mücip in the 19th minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Celal Savni put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Kılıçalp Kuntman. Eyüp Otaç kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st match minute, Giresunspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enver Yalazay to maneuver through the defense. Eyüp Otaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kılıçalp Kuntman having to interfere. Ferhat Vakkasoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferhat Vakkasoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dishisar getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ferhat Vakkasoğlu hit a great ball. Celal Savni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Kılıçalp Kuntman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celal Savni in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Dishisar's goal looked a bit too open when Celal Savni came free, but Kılıçalp Kuntman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eyüp Otaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdülhak Mücip struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Şevket Kantara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dishisar. When Eyüp Otaç fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Giresunspor's protests and gave Eyüp Otaç a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Giresunspor getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eyüp Otaç hit a great ball. Dishisar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Müjdat Yorangil in the 66th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Dishisar's Atilla Kağan Sonay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şevket Kantara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Fatih Oktars short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Kılıçalp Kuntman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Many of Giresunspor's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Giresunspor may have spent more time on the ball, but Dishisar were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
