The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Burdur JK's goal looked a bit too open when Atilla Kağan Sonay came free, but Alican Öztürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alican Öztürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atilla Kağan Sonay in the 10th minute of play. Battal Cüneyt Özbas kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Sadettin Süngü took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kılıçalp Kuntman. Kılıçalp Kuntman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 24 minutes into the match, Burdur JK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdülhak Mücip came free, but Alican Öztürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necmettin Ersayın hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Sadettin Süngü scored 2-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kılıçalp Kuntman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Battal Cüneyt Özbas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dishisar's Kılıçalp Kuntman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Dishisar from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Cengiz Akçan in the 44th minute of play forced Dishisar's goalkeeper Kılıçalp Kuntman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Abdülhak Mücip was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dishisar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burdur JK the free kick. Abdülhak Mücip hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Burdur JK's Sadettin Süngü got a free kick in the 54th minute. Abdülhak Mücip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alican Öztürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Dishisar got a freekick which was hit by Necmettin Ersayın. Sadettin Süngü struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Kılıçalp Kuntman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burdur JK. After having played for 61 minutes, Ali Cengiz Akçan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burdur JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Cengiz Akçan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Dishisar getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mehmet Şefik Türkcan hit a great ball. Kılıçalp Kuntman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sadettin Süngü in the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dishisar's goalkeeper Kılıçalp Kuntman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sadettin Süngü sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Burdur JK fully deserved thier win.
