Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Ulus's Ali Hamza Serdar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü's goalkeeper Nuratay Uygan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Behram Koca came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Ulus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Behram Koca couldn't finish the play. Nuratay Uygan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Hamza Serdar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Hamza Serdar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Behram Koca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü's Doğukan Ankara got a free kick in the 33rd minute. If Ali Hamza Serdar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nusret Kayral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Refik Ünsevin in the 41st minute of the match. Sedat Türkol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Nusret Kayral made a huge save. 44 minutes into the match, Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Behram Koca came free, but Nuratay Uygan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Behram Koca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulus's supporters rose to their feet, but Behram Koca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuratay Uygan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 59th minute Ali Hamza Serdar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuratay Uygan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Hamza Serdar might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuratay Uygan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Hamza Serdar ran back to his position shaking his head. Nusret Kayral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Refik Ünsevin's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü's Doğukan Ankara got a free kick in the 70th minute. Ulus's Gazanfer Özcan Beybolat couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü. In the 76th minute, Anadolu Devrimspor Kulübü's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Behram Koca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With an all-out effort, Ulus's Nuratay Uygan threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ali Hamza Serdar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Refik Ünsevin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nusret Kayral was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
