The corner led Ulus's Gazanfer Özcan Beybolat to fire away a dangerous shot which Hasan Hüseyin Göçer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Gazanfer Özcan Beybolat led 22 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. FeNeRBaHÇe's Hasan Hüseyin Göçer became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. Batıhan Tümerkan might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nusret Kayral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Batıhan Tümerkan ran back to his position shaking his head. 29 minutes into the game, Reha Uzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FeNeRBaHÇe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulus the free kick. After a rather tough play, FeNeRBaHÇe's Reha Uzel got a free kick in the 29th minute. Hasan Hüseyin Göçer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Behram Koca in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Batıhan Tümerkan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nusret Kayral was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Nusret Kayral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batıhan Tümerkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Ulus getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Şenel Atabey hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Batıhan Tümerkan in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nusret Kayral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mahsun Şahbender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hasan Hüseyin Göçer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Hamza Serdar in the 82nd minute of play. When Behram Koca came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Ulus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Behram Koca couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ulus had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
