The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Aslanapa's Muzaffer Uluerkan got control of the ball when Yiğit Can Nevruz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulu Özgan might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Behiç Özçin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulu Özgan ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ulu Özgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muzaffer Uluerkan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğit Can Nevruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Yiğit Can Nevruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Osmancık SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yiğit Can Nevruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. A very good chance. Osmancık SK's Behiç Özçin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulu Özgan in the 27th minute of play. Behiç Özçin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulu Özgan in the 34th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulu Özgan made a kick off. Behiç Özçin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulu Özgan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Behiç Özçin throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ulu Özgan in the 83rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Ulu Özgan might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Behiç Özçin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ulu Özgan ran back to his position shaking his head. Osmancık SK's Behiç Özçin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emrullah Turhan in the 87th minute of play. Behiç Özçin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulu Özgan in the 89th minute of the match. The supporters of Aslanapa booed when Osmancık SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birant Suni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ulu Özgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Behiç Özçin was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The Aslanapa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Aslanapa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
