The supporters of KDZ.Ereğli booed when Beşiktaş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orhan Veli Ülger didn't get a good kick on the ball. KDZ.Ereğli's Ahmet Çağrı Toycan got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71stth minute of the game Ahmet Çağrı Toycan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beşiktaş's Vahdet Pekalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bilal Akağan scored 2-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vahdet Pekalp, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
