Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Azmi İribaş made the kick off and thus started the match. After 4 minutes, Bahadırhan Celilay made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. nankatsu's Birol Gurbet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Azmi İribaş lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Birol Gurbet. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahadırhan Celilay got free with Birol Gurbet in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Suphi Balbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zafer Nasih, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 21 minutes into the match, Zafer Nasih notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cumhuriyet SPOR's Suphi Balbay. Suphi Balbay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 28 played minutes Cumhuriyet SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Özkan Doğa. The audience held their breath when Afşar Eryiğit in the 30th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Suphi Balbay's left hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahadırhan Celilay got free with Birol Gurbet in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Bahadırhan Celilay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Birol Gurbet was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Azmi İribaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birol Gurbet having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bahadırhan Balyemez made a kick off. Birol Gurbet came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cumhuriyet SPOR's Azmi İribaş. But to his dismay, Azmi İribaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. When Serbülent Akaltan fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cumhuriyet SPOR's protests and gave Serbülent Akaltan a yellow card for diving instead. Bahadırhan Celilay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birol Gurbet having to interfere. Birol Gurbet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Azmi İribaş went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. nankatsu's Birol Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahadırhan Celilay in the 78th minute of play. When Bahadırhan Celilay came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Cumhuriyet SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bahadırhan Celilay couldn't finish the play. Birol Gurbet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahadırhan Celilay, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azmi İribaş in the 85th minute of play forced nankatsu's goalkeeper Birol Gurbet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Ahmet Hakan Bağcı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özkan Doğa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Birol Gurbet. nankatsu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azmi İribaş in the 95th minute of play forced nankatsu's goalkeeper Birol Gurbet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, nankatsu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Kutalmış to maneuver through the defense. Cumhuriyet SPOR's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
