Atak Ülgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 10 in the game by Atak Ülgen from a close distance when the talented Arif Nihat Ülküm managed to make a qualified save. Edremit SK's players were relieved. Ali Nabi Sidar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Ali Özdurdu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Bahattin Pamir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edremit SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bahattin Pamir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Nabi Sidar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Ali Özdurdu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Ahmet Ali Özdurdu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Nabi Sidar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Kilyos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bahattin Pamir came free, but Ali Nabi Sidar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Ali Özdurdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Nabi Sidar having to interfere. Edremit SK's Ertan Yalaza suffered a concussion in the 39th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After a rather tough play, Kilyos FC's Agah Dinçay got a free kick in the 40th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Ahmet Ali Özdurdu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edremit SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ali Özdurdu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artaç Arıbaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Nabi Sidar having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Kilyos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bekir Dilsaz came free, but Ali Nabi Sidar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nuri Pehlivan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Ali Özdurdu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Nabi Sidar made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Anıl Berk Dolunay sent off a good shot on target. In the 56th minute, Anıl Berk Dolunay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ali Nabi Sidar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 61 minutes into the game, Ahmet Ali Özdurdu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ali Nabi Sidar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ali Nabi Sidar made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Ahmet Ali Özdurdu sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Kilyos FC defense, Anıl Berk Dolunay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Nabi Sidar. The Kilyos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Nabi Sidar should have stopped the shot. If Artaç Arıbaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Ali Özdurdu struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Ali Nabi Sidar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edremit SK. Ahmet Ali Özdurdu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Nabi Sidar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bekir Dilsaz in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ali Özdurdu in the 91st minute of play forced Kilyos FC's goalkeeper Ali Nabi Sidar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atak Ülgen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Nihat Ülküm having to interfere.
