Abay Temizkanoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berat Ongu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Merinos JK's goal looked a bit too open when Berat Ongu came free, but Abay Temizkanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abay Temizkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boğaç Kıncal, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Denizhan Tokyüz charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denizhan Tokyüz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th minute, Denizhan Tokyüz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peyami Türel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğa Çalkın in the 52nd minute of play. If Boğaç Kıncal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Doğa Çalkın who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dinamo Plovdiv's Peyami Türel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 85th minute of the match Adem Ersevim sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peyami Türel skillfully saved the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Boğaç Kıncal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Merinos JK's Abay Temizkanoğlu. Abay Temizkanoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Boğaç Kıncal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abay Temizkanoğlu having to interfere. Tan Kazak kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Doğa Çalkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Merinos JK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Dinamo Plovdiv had controlled the match.
