Batuhan Bardakçı started the match with the kick off. Erdoğan Yorgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batuhan Bardakçı, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Serkan Tacal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behzat Çile having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilmi Tenzil during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hilmi Tenzil kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Fevzi İpçi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th match minute, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktuğ Sanal to maneuver through the defense. Batuhan Bardakçı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erdoğan Yorgun having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aydın Rafi to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Yasin Arabacı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serkan Tacal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Behzat Çile read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. When Serkan Tacal came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Ormanlı Spor Kulübü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serkan Tacal couldn't finish the play. Konyaspor SK's Recep Başsoy got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Batuhan Bardakçı took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erdoğan Yorgun. Erdoğan Yorgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Behzat Çile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serkan Tacal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Batuhan Bardakçı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erdoğan Yorgun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Ormanlı Spor Kulübü's goal looked a bit too open when Batuhan Bardakçı came free, but Erdoğan Yorgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Konyaspor SK's Batuhan Bardakçı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erdoğan Yorgun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Serkan Tacal made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Erdoğan Yorgun managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Konyaspor SK's Fevzi İpçi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fevzi İpçi took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erdoğan Yorgun. Erdoğan Yorgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After 71 minutes of play, Konyaspor SK's Fevzi İpçi made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erdoğan Yorgun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erdoğan Yorgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batuhan Bardakçı, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Erdoğan Yorgun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fevzi İpçi in the 91st minute. Fevzi İpçi struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Erdoğan Yorgun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konyaspor SK. Erdoğan Yorgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batuhan Bardakçı in the 94th minute of play. Göktuğ Sanal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behzat Çile having to interfere. Konyaspor SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
