Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Atasoy in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Reha Kutun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzey Sadir in the 32nd minute of play forced Kofcaz FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Reha Kutun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kofcaz FK's Ataman Turabi got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Kuzey Artuç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Hakkı Onur Zaik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kuzey Artuç to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kofcaz FK booed when Yildirim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lemi Özker didn't get a good kick on the ball.
