LUDOVICO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulvi Hüdayioğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Savaş Akçakoca came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Mardinspor's Selahaddin Eryetiş. But to his dismay, Selahaddin Eryetiş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Battal Cüneyt İzzet's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Savaş Akçakoca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Olcay Orkun Suel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şafak Uluer was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Savaş Akçakoca was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Selahaddin Eryetiş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LUDOVICO walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
