Güroymak's Kenan Evvel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Güroymak from getting a goal against them. Güroymak's Kenan Evvel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kemal Akbaş in the 74th minute of play. Suat Onguner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Nedim Orhun, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Genç Fenerbahçeliler's Devlet Ballı got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Güroymak's goal looked a bit too open when Kemal Akbaş came free, but Kenan Evvel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
