Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bedirhan Okman made the kick off and thus started the match. Sermet Talaş came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by ERDEM SPOR's Mevlüt Sami. But to his dismay, Mevlüt Sami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7th minute Bedirhan Okman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sermet Talaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Cumaova JK got a freekick which was hit by Enginsu Kayrabay. After a rather tough play, Cumaova JK's Hacı Ünseven got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mevlüt Sami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Sermet Talaş made a huge save. Alaaddin Ergunalp kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mevlüt Sami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sermet Talaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, ERDEM SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Ege Özgurcan came free, but Yağız Karakaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mevlüt Sami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sermet Talaş having to interfere. After some careless play in the ERDEM SPOR defense, Ahmet Ege Özgurcan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yağız Karakaya. The ERDEM SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yağız Karakaya should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Ege Özgurcan was the one to do the kick off. Mevlüt Sami received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Sermet Talaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cumaova JK's Ahmet Ege Özgurcan got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alaaddin Dilsaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağız Karakaya having to interfere. Mevlüt Sami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sermet Talaş having to interfere. In the 66th minute, one of Cumaova JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cumaova JK. Sermet Talaş went to the wrong direction when Reha Hatırlı was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Cumaova JK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Derman Maruf hit a great ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Bedirhan Okman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cumaova JK's Sermet Talaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alaaddin Dilsaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağız Karakaya having to interfere. The supporters of Cumaova JK booed when ERDEM SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reha Hatırlı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Alaaddin Dilsaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Ege Özgurcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yağız Karakaya having to interfere. Yağız Karakaya made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Alaaddin Dilsaz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Cumaova JK booed when ERDEM SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adil Erkılıç didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute of the match Cumaova JK got a corner. ERDEM SPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Başaran Zaik ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Ege Özgurcan in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yağız Karakaya saved ERDEM SPOR from getting behind. 1-2 became the score in the 98th minute when Ahmet Ege Özgurcan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Cumaova JK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cumaova JK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
