Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Trabzonspor FC's goalkeeper Suavi Ahıska, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ayhan Tacik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Trabzonspor FC's zone, Ayhan Tacik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suavi Ahıska came out of the goal and Ayhan Tacik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğaner Ağcabey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suavi Ahıska having to interfere. Ejder Sezginay kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Doğaner Ağcabey cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Suavi Ahıska was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Suavi Ahıska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ayhan Tacik in the 30th minute of play. Trabzonspor FC's Olcay Sağlamtürk got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Doğaner Ağcabey came free, but Suavi Ahıska reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Trabzonspor FC's zone, Ayhan Tacik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Suavi Ahıska came out of the goal and Ayhan Tacik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doğaner Ağcabey in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Suavi Ahıska saved Trabzonspor FC from getting behind. Yahya Kemal Sarduç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yiğitcan Yalvaç made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Ayvaz İlkay sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ayhan Tacik was the one to do the kick off. Yiğitcan Yalvaç showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayvaz İlkay, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Ayvaz İlkay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğitcan Yalvaç having to interfere. Yiğitcan Yalvaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olcay Sağlamtürk in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, BATAQ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sermet Tuğkun to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 59 minutes, Olcay Sağlamtürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trabzonspor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olcay Sağlamtürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd match minute, Trabzonspor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yüce Sedat to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Vatan Özsu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Trabzonspor FC's Suavi Ahıska didn't even have to move. Suavi Ahıska made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Doğaner Ağcabey sent off a good shot on target. If Ayhan Tacik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 73 minutes, Ayhan Tacik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BATAQ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayhan Tacik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Suavi Ahıska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayhan Tacik's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. A collision led to Trabzonspor FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Barbaros Tanırer hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, BATAQ FC's Doğaner Ağcabey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Suavi Ahıska narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Yiğitcan Yalvaç came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Trabzonspor FC's Ayvaz İlkay. But to his dismay, Ayvaz İlkay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Barbaros Tanırer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yiğitcan Yalvaç having to interfere. Olcay Sağlamtürk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Yiğitcan Yalvaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yiğitcan Yalvaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayvaz İlkay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes, Songurhan Nurdag mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BATAQ FC and the Trabzonspor FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Songurhan Nurdag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in BATAQ FC's zone, Ayvaz İlkay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yiğitcan Yalvaç came out of the goal and Ayvaz İlkay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the BATAQ FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
