With a little luck, Dersim Spor's Uğurcan Ünzil got control of the ball when Ayvaz İlkay tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Trabzonspor FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Barbaros Tanırer hit a great ball. Olcay Sağlamtürk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uğurcan Ünzil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of Trabzonspor FC booed when Dersim Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halit Yalgın didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Fedai Fırat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dersim Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Fedai Fırat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Suavi Ahıska breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedai Fırat in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Suavi Ahıska prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fedai Fırat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Efe Enginsoy took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Suavi Ahıska. Suavi Ahıska dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Suavi Ahıska made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Efe Enginsoy in the 33rd minute of play. Mehmet Efe Enginsoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Efe Enginsoy in the 42nd minute of play forced Trabzonspor FC's goalkeeper Suavi Ahıska to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fedai Fırat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Suavi Ahıska having to interfere. Suavi Ahıska stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fedai Fırat's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Efe Enginsoy to strike the kick off in the second half. Ejder Sezginay kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Fedai Fırat struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Suavi Ahıska didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dersim Spor. After having played for 63 minutes, Fedai Fırat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dersim Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedai Fırat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fedai Fırat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mehmet Efe Enginsoy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Suavi Ahıska having to make a save. Ayvaz İlkay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uğurcan Ünzil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. A collision led to Dersim Spor getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Halit Yalgın hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Olcay Sağlamtürk notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Dersim Spor's Uğurcan Ünzil. Uğurcan Ünzil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fedai Fırat got free with Suavi Ahıska in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mehmet Efe Enginsoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Fedai Fırat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Suavi Ahıska made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Fedai Fırat sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Mehmet Efe Enginsoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Dersim Spor could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trabzonspor FC throughout the match.
