Spectators: 5100 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pozanti's Cemil Korkutalp started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Bahri Ulubay, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 4 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Reşat Özil was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 6thth minute of the game Nizam Ruzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pozanti's Reşat Özil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Bahri Ulubay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bahri Ulubay in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reşat Özil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th minute Nizam Ruzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reşat Özil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reşat Özil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahri Ulubay, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Reşat Özil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nizam Ruzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İnanç Sudi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baybora Perker hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kocarli's zone, Kandemir Uğurhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Nasir Oyalp came out of the goal and Kandemir Uğurhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pozanti's Reşat Özil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nizam Ruzi in the 26th minute of play. Reşat Özil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Mehmet Soyurgal in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Cemil Korkutalp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ahmet Nasir Oyalp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cemil Korkutalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ahmet Nasir Oyalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bahri Ulubay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Pozanti's goal looked a bit too open when Nizam Ruzi came free, but Reşat Özil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bahri Ulubay made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by İnanç Sudi in the 60th minute of play forced Kocarli's goalkeeper Ahmet Nasir Oyalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esat Başhekim during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd match minute, Pozanti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esat Başhekim to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pozanti's Cemil Korkutalp got a free kick in the 88th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pozanti fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Pozanti's Reşat Özil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahri Ulubay in the 98th minute of play.
