Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Cankurtaran's Armağan Timurtas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Cankurtaran's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Seyfullah Oğuzkan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Vedat Argün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seyfullah Oğuzkan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oğuzalp Ulusu having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vedat Argün in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuzalp Ulusu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Lordspor booed when Cankurtaran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedai Talaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th match minute, Cankurtaran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozan Yorangil to maneuver through the defense. Seyfullah Oğuzkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seyfullah Oğuzkan got free with Oğuzalp Ulusu in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vedat Argün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Abayhan Canfeda came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Cankurtaran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abayhan Canfeda couldn't finish the play. Seyfullah Oğuzkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Lordspor's Seyfullah Oğuzkan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oğuzalp Ulusu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 33 minutes, İbrahim Okdemir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lordspor and the Cankurtaran players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lordspor's İbrahim Okdemir got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Armağan Timurtas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lordspor's Zaid Başat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Cankurtaran's goal looked a bit too open when Vedat Argün came free, but Oğuzalp Ulusu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seyfullah Oğuzkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vedat Argün was the one to do the kick off. Seyfullah Oğuzkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armağan Timurtas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zaid Başat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 66th minute, Vedat Argün got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oğuzalp Ulusu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Seyfullah Oğuzkan in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Seyfullah Oğuzkan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cankurtaran's Oğuzalp Ulusu. Oğuzalp Ulusu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Lordspor's zone, Armağan Timurtas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zaid Başat came out of the goal and Armağan Timurtas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 77 played minutes, Lordspor's Behçet Korkut shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oğuzalp Ulusu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lordspor reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fedai Talaş during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cankurtaran's Fedai Talaş got a free kick in the 78th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyfullah Oğuzkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lordspor's Seyfullah Oğuzkan. But to his dismay, Seyfullah Oğuzkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Oğuzalp Ulusu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vedat Argün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oğuzalp Ulusu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necip Fazıl Bala in the 93rd minute of the match. Vedat Argün received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Oğuzalp Ulusu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lordspor's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
