After a defensive mix-up in ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s zone, Yüce Server stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arman Kalender came out of the goal and Yüce Server tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Murathan Ortaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Arman Kalender tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FENERBAHÇE were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kutluay Özhan took the corner. The corner led FENERBAHÇE's Kutluay Özhan to fire away a dangerous shot which Arman Kalender despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Murathan Ortaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Yüce Server was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FENERBAHÇE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, FENERBAHÇE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yüce Server to maneuver through the defense. Ali Ömer Egesel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Turan Oğuralp made a huge save. Arman Kalender took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yüce Server, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Yüce Server came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the FENERBAHÇE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yüce Server couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, FENERBAHÇE's Murathan Ortaç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arman Kalender made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 36th minute, Murathan Ortaç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Necat Kınık managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENERBAHÇE's supporters rose to their feet, but Necat Kınık was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arman Kalender breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half FENERBAHÇE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Murathan Ortaç made the kick off in the second half. When Murathan Ortaç came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FENERBAHÇE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murathan Ortaç couldn't finish the play. Murathan Ortaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Arman Kalender tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Orhan Veli Sefa fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s protests and gave Orhan Veli Sefa a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FENERBAHÇE:s goal. The score was 0-2 after a penalty in the 69th minute, where FENERBAHÇE:s Kutluay Özhan tricked ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆:s Arman Kalender with a difficult ball by the left post. When Ahmet Harun Uğur fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆'s protests and gave Ahmet Harun Uğur a yellow card for diving instead. When the match was over FENERBAHÇE could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ☆TC Yunus Futbol Akademi☆ throughout the match.
