Vedat Argün started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Seyfullah Oğuzkan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arif Babayiğit got free with Zaid Başat in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the game, Necip Fazıl Bala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lordspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Sayeban the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lordspor's Necip Fazıl Bala got a free kick in the 12th minute. If Behram Nasreddin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seyfullah Oğuzkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Reha Civan having to interfere. Zaid Başat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Behram Nasreddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vedat Argün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lordspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Vedat Argün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Reha Civan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Fc Sayeban getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hacı Çınar hit a great ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Behram Nasreddin to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lordspor's goalkeeper Zaid Başat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Seyfullah Oğuzkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ahmet Reha Kiray hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Lordspor's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Babayiğit came free, but Zaid Başat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zaid Başat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Fc Sayeban booed when Lordspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. İbrahim Okdemir didn't get a good kick on the ball.
