Spectators: 7046 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hüseyin Turan Aker got the match started through his kick off. Gazanfer Akartuna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orhun Samih having to interfere. Gazanfer Akartuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Orhun Samih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orhun Samih came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by TRUVA SPOR KULÜBÜ's Güner Özinal. But to his dismay, Güner Özinal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Orhun Samih stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güner Özinal's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Gazanfer Akartuna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Orhun Samih was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güner Özinal in the 32nd minute of play forced Gelibolu SK's goalkeeper Orhun Samih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hüseyin Turan Aker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 42 minutes, Gazanfer Akartuna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRUVA SPOR KULÜBÜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gazanfer Akartuna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Güner Özinal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orhun Samih having to interfere. In the 48th minute Gazanfer Akartuna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orhun Samih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Güner Özinal made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Gazanfer Akartuna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orhun Samih was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gazanfer Akartuna's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Orhun Samih firmly grabbed it by the left post. Güner Özinal might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Orhun Samih. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Güner Özinal ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Mustafa Numan Kaan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Orhun Samih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güner Özinal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Güner Özinal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gazanfer Akartuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Orhun Samih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gelibolu SK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Güner Özinal 85 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güner Özinal in the 97th minute of play forced Gelibolu SK's goalkeeper Orhun Samih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
