Yesilyurt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kurtalan the free kick. A collision led to Yesilyurt getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Raik Tamerk hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yunus Sehriyar in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göksel Uludağ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fedai Durcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Göksel Uludağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Raik Tamerk was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 9 minutes had been played. 1-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Yunus Sehriyar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kamber Yağızer charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kamber Yağızer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Kurtalan getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Kamber Yağızer hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilyurt's zone, Yunus Sehriyar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göksel Uludağ came out of the goal and Yunus Sehriyar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yunus Sehriyar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Göksel Uludağ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fedai Durcan might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Göksel Uludağ. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fedai Durcan ran back to his position shaking his head. Alper Oker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 45 in the game by Fedai Durcan from a close distance when the talented Göksel Uludağ managed to make a qualified save. Yesilyurt's players were relieved. In the 46th minute, Barbaros Paye hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Yunus Sehriyar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Göksel Uludağ, passed just outside the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fedai Durcan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Yesilyurt defense, Fedai Durcan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Göksel Uludağ. The Yesilyurt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Göksel Uludağ should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilyurt's zone, Fedai Durcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göksel Uludağ came out of the goal and Fedai Durcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barbaros Paye who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Emiliano Martínez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mehmet Efe Uluğ kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Fedai Durcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Talat Nebi during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kurtalan's Emiliano Martínez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Kurtalan from getting a goal against them. After having played for 74 minutes, Yunus Sehriyar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurtalan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yunus Sehriyar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Fedai Durcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kurtalan fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Kurtalan's Yunus Sehriyar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fedai Durcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göksel Uludağ having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Fedai Durcan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kurtalan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. After 94 played minutes Kurtalan got a freekick which was hit by Kamber Yağızer.
