The tension between the Cat and the Amedspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Cat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Semih Okyay to maneuver through the defense. Gökhan Sıbgatullah acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 13th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aytuğ Ramiz. During the 14th minute of the match Semih Okyay completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Semih Okyay a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 14 played minutes Cat got a freekick which was hit by Semih Okyay. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atabek Elçi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Volkan Semim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Fethi Sorgun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Amedspor's Hasan Ali Yoruç. Hasan Ali Yoruç was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fethi Sorgun hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Gökhan Sıbgatullah acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Aytuğ Ramiz. Amedspor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Gökhan Sıbgatullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batuhan Barçın in the 40th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amedspor's zone, Volkan Semim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Ali Yoruç came out of the goal and Volkan Semim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute Batuhan Barçın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökhan Sıbgatullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Volkan Semim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Ali Yoruç having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Batuhan Barçın to strike the kick off in the second half. Hüsnü Tuygun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Gökhan Sıbgatullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökhan Sıbgatullah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batuhan Barçın in the 56th minute of play. Hasan Ali Yoruç made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Volkan Semim sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 71 minutes, Batuhan Barçın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amedspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batuhan Barçın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hasan Ali Yoruç made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Volkan Semim sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the game, one of Amedspor:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Cat's Ahmet Yahya Torgay got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hasan Ali Yoruç. After a defensive mix-up in Amedspor's zone, Volkan Semim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Ali Yoruç came out of the goal and Volkan Semim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cat's Gökhan Sıbgatullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsnü Tuygun in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Batuhan Barçın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökhan Sıbgatullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gökhan Sıbgatullah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Batuhan Barçın in the 96th minute of play. When Amedspor's Hüsnü Tuygun in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cat's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Batuhan Barçın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amedspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Batuhan Barçın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gökhan Sıbgatullah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Amedspor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cat's performance. The match ended with a win for Cat.
