Cerrahpasa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolga Eslem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Mustafa Necati Oyman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrahpasa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KsmBylr FK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cerrahpasa's Mustafa Necati Oyman got a free kick in the 13th minute. After recieving a nice pass, KsmBylr FK's Kuddusî Şahinoğlu tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lemi Süvari during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to KsmBylr FK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Lemi Süvari hit a great ball. Erberk Daim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. The supporters of Cerrahpasa booed when KsmBylr FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pars Dolunay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Aykan Battal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and KsmBylr FK's Hilmi İltemir didn't even have to move. Atalan Terim hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Hilmi İltemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Engin Okman, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Engin Okman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilmi İltemir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Cerrahpasa were furious when Habib Yıldırım was red carded, 74 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cerrahpasa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! In the 76th minute there was a penalty for KsmBylr FK. Kuddusî Şahinoğlu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vedat Ruknettin. 2-1. Hilmi İltemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolga Eslem in the 81st minute of play. Tolga Eslem's late challenge caught a KsmBylr FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tolga Eslem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Tolga Eslem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tolga Eslem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilmi İltemir having to interfere. Rafettin Yuluğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tolga Eslem came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Cerrahpasa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolga Eslem couldn't finish the play. If Derya Hürol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cerrahpasa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
