Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Engin Okman made a kick off. When Tolga Eslem came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Cerrahpasa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolga Eslem couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Cerrahpasa getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Rafettin Yuluğ hit a great ball. Kadir Eryilmaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vedat Ruknettin having to interfere. Cerrahpasa's Vedat Ruknettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abay Denizer in the 61st minute of play.
