Necat Tokcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Demiralp Tanfer made a huge save. 7 minutes into the match, Kiraz's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp came free, but Vedat Mutluay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Necat Tokcan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Demiralp Tanfer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rahim Ahi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vedat Mutluay. Vedat Mutluay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necat Tokcan in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Demiralp Tanfer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 29th minute, Rahim Ahi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Demiralp Tanfer. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp in the 35th minute of play forced Kiraz's goalkeeper Vedat Mutluay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vedat Mutluay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vedat Mutluay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ataman Oğuztüzün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes of play, Dörtyol's Ataman Oğuztüzün made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vedat Mutluay was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Rahim Ahi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Vedat Mutluay made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp sent off a good shot on target. Ataman Oğuztüzün was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 54th minute. Dörtyol's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Levent Tuncer kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Kiraz booed when Dörtyol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ataman Oğuztüzün didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demiralp Tanfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rahim Ahi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Dörtyol getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Samet Tuygun hit a great ball. Dörtyol's Demiralp Tanfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahim Ahi in the 69th minute of play. Ataman Oğuztüzün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakkı Deniz Erdemalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Vedat Mutluay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ataman Oğuztüzün in the 84th minute of play forced Kiraz's goalkeeper Vedat Mutluay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Dörtyol's Atalan Yamaner got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd match minute, Dörtyol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samet Tuygun to maneuver through the defense. The Kiraz supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dörtyol's performance. The match ended with a win for Dörtyol.
