But to his dismay, Doğaner Ruhsan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 35th match minute, Artvin SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilgehan Kazım to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 37 in the game by Raik Bülbül from a close distance when the talented Arif Sarih managed to make a qualified save. TRABZONSPOR's players were relieved. Selçuk Eripek hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tansel Dalga to strike the kick off in the second half. Arif Sarih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raik Bülbül in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Tansel Dalga made a precise shot to the right of Arif Sarih. TRABZONSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 71 minutes, Bilgehan Kazım mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Artvin SK and the TRABZONSPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Bilgehan Kazım hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Humberto Abarca fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After some careless play in the Artvin SK defense, Doğaner Ruhsan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şadi Koyas. The Artvin SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şadi Koyas should have stopped the shot. Arif Sarih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raik Bülbül in the 94th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Doğaner Ruhsan managed to get in a good position for a shot. TRABZONSPOR's supporters rose to their feet, but Doğaner Ruhsan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şadi Koyas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artvin SK's Şadi Koyas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Artvin SK from getting a goal against them. TRABZONSPOR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
