Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 1) Kadir Saykal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gencalp Sözen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güneş İçten in the 4th minute of play. Kadir Saykal kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Müfit Energin scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gencalp Sözen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kadir Saykal hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Arif Sarih took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taci Elmastaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute Kadir Saykal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Sarih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Muammer Çalımbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Sarih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Arac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muammer Çalımbay to maneuver through the defense. Arif Sarih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadir Saykal, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Mustafa Numan Lütfi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TRABZONSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arac the free kick. In the 25th minute, Mustafa Numan Lütfi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gencalp Sözen made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Müfit Energin sent off a good shot on target. Müfit Energin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Arac's goal looked a bit too open when Güneş İçten came free, but Gencalp Sözen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Doğukan Bircanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencalp Sözen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of TRABZONSPOR booed when Arac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kadir Saykal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 played minutes TRABZONSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Muammer Topçam. In the 43rd minute, Arslan İbrahimoğlu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Sarih was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Doğaner Ruhsan struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Gencalp Sözen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TRABZONSPOR. After 47 played minutes Arac got a freekick which was hit by Nusrettin Cambaz. After 49 minutes of play, TRABZONSPOR's Doğaner Ruhsan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gencalp Sözen was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Güneş İçten to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Güneş İçten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Gencalp Sözen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gencalp Sözen came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by TRABZONSPOR's Müfit Energin. But to his dismay, Müfit Energin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 64 minutes into the match, Güneş İçten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gencalp Sözen. Arac's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Güneş İçten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Güneş İçten hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Gencalp Sözen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kıraç Öktuna, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Taci Elmastaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Sarih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğaner Ruhsan struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Gencalp Sözen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TRABZONSPOR. An unexpectedly hard shot by Güneş İçten in the 84th minute of play forced Arac's goalkeeper Gencalp Sözen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arac's Gencalp Sözen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğaner Ruhsan in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Kadir Saykal came free, but Arif Sarih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kıraç Öktuna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Sözen having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TRABZONSPOR had won after a very even match.
