The coaching staff of AslanBey protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmet Ziya Ogün had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 23 minutes into the game, one of AslanBey:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Vedat Onuk scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yetkiner Tacik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Ahmet Baki Bergin came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Yalihüyük fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Baki Bergin couldn't finish the play. If İrfan Savaşer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Baki Bergin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Yetkiner Tacik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Yalihüyük players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
