Maslak Halayı's Aral Zafir got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Aytunç Kemal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bünyamin Şenbay. Kılıçoğlu SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aytunç Kemal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Erenay Beyazit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bünyamin Şenbay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaptan Tekinay in the 21st minute of play forced Maslak Halayı's goalkeeper İbrahim Ethem Metin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maslak Halayı's Aytunç Kemal in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kılıçoğlu SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aytunç Kemal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bünyamin Şenbay having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aytunç Kemal to strike the kick off in the second half. When Aytunç Kemal came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Maslak Halayı fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aytunç Kemal couldn't finish the play. Kılıçoğlu SK's Kaptan Tekinay got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Polat Vahip took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bünyamin Şenbay. Kılıçoğlu SK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With his leg Bünyamin Şenbay managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Maslak Halayı's Aytunç Kemal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Okaner Tokyüz during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kılıçoğlu SK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Kılıçoğlu SK's Bünyamin Şenbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aytunç Kemal in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Aral Zafir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Kılıçoğlu SK's Bünyamin Şenbay got control of the ball when Aytunç Kemal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aytunç Kemal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Bünyamin Şenbay made a huge save. In the 95th match minute, Kılıçoğlu SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tahsin Yankı to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute Aytunç Kemal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bünyamin Şenbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Maslak Halayı could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kılıçoğlu SK throughout the match.
