Ünsal Neyzen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Zühtü Uruk made a huge save. Zühtü Uruk was a little too slow when Arif Ensar Uluer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 3-0. If Remzi Salik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cemil Hamurcu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tansel Enginsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ünsal Neyzen hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Turgut Nedret left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KUZEYCE FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Remzi Salik might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zühtü Uruk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remzi Salik ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Turgut Nedret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Çelebi Utku charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çelebi Utku the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Diyarbakirspor SK getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Çelebi Utku hit a great ball.

The goalkeeper, Cemil Hamurcu, was totally fooled by Diyarbakirspor SK's Keramettin Adalıoğlu, who 54 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Diyarbakirspor SK's Yetkiner Şencan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cemil Hamurcu. That made the score 5-2 after 57 minutes of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Turgut Nedret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KUZEYCE FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turgut Nedret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zühtü Uruk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Ensar Uluer in the 68th minute of play. Ünsal Neyzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cemil Hamurcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yetkiner Şencan in the 73rd minute. Turgut Nedret struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Zühtü Uruk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KUZEYCE FK. When Remzi Salik came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the KUZEYCE FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remzi Salik couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the match, KUZEYCE FK's Ünsal Neyzen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zühtü Uruk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Diyarbakirspor SK got a freekick which was hit by Cafer Gemici. KUZEYCE FK's Cemil Hamurcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tansel Enginsoy in the 84th minute of play. KUZEYCE FK's Arif Ensar Uluer got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zühtü Uruk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Ensar Uluer's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. If Turgut Nedret had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
