Varol Osman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abbas Çoğaş in the 14th minute of play. When Necat Emekli came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Sarköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necat Emekli couldn't finish the play. Abbas Çoğaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necat Emekli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Efe Sanih having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, PiLaV üSTü KuRu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abbas Çoğaş to maneuver through the defense. İbrahim Efe Sanih showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necat Emekli in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, PiLaV üSTü KuRu's goal looked a bit too open when Necat Emekli came free, but İbrahim Efe Sanih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Necat Emekli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İbrahim Efe Sanih. PiLaV üSTü KuRu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Necat Emekli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 35th minute Necat Emekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İbrahim Efe Sanih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PiLaV üSTü KuRu's İbrahim Efe Sanih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgay Oker in the 39th minute of play. Necat Emekli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Efe Sanih having to interfere. Necat Emekli struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. İbrahim Efe Sanih didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarköy. After the first half Sarköy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abbas Çoğaş made a kick off. Necat Emekli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İbrahim Efe Sanih read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Güralp Turhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Turgay Oker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Sarköy defense, Abbas Çoğaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Varol Osman. The Sarköy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Varol Osman should have stopped the shot. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind PiLaV üSTü KuRu's goalkeeper İbrahim Efe Sanih, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 66 minutes, Tunç Serhun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PiLaV üSTü KuRu and the Sarköy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes PiLaV üSTü KuRu got a freekick which was hit by Tunç Serhun. The supporters of Sarköy booed when PiLaV üSTü KuRu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tunç Serhun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özden Titiz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necat Emekli in the 80th minute of play forced PiLaV üSTü KuRu's goalkeeper İbrahim Efe Sanih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Necat Emekli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İbrahim Efe Sanih having to interfere. Turgay Oker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 85 in the game by Necat Emekli from a close distance when the talented İbrahim Efe Sanih managed to make a qualified save. PiLaV üSTü KuRu's players were relieved. PiLaV üSTü KuRu's İbrahim Efe Sanih proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save PiLaV üSTü KuRu from getting a goal against them. Necat Emekli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. İbrahim Efe Sanih tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Sarköy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PiLaV üSTü KuRu.
