An unexpectedly hard shot by Güneri Saykut in the 8th minute of play forced FC Trabzon City's goalkeeper Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 played minutes FC Trabzon City got a freekick which was hit by Fehmi Tezkan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sarper Ünlem in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Güneri Saykut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tonya JK's Raik Ortunc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Tonya JK from getting a goal against them. Güneri Saykut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarper Ünlem scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Sarper Ünlem came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Tonya JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sarper Ünlem couldn't finish the play. Güneri Saykut might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Güneri Saykut ran back to his position shaking his head. Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güneri Saykut in the 33rd minute of play. Kamil Çağans short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Raik Ortunc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tonya JK's Cuma Gelenbe got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Güneri Saykut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

53 minutes into the match, FC Trabzon City's goalkeeper Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sarper Ünlem. Sarper Ünlem struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tonya JK. Göksun Ulun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Raik Ortunc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göktan Akkanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Tonya JK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Coşkun Erguvan hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Tonya JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cuma Gelenbe to maneuver through the defense. Sarper Ünlem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Sarper Ünlem sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, Göktan Akkanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Güneri Saykut took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Gazanfer Özcan Akkılıç to make any attempt to save it. When the match was over Tonya JK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Trabzon City throughout the match.
