Spectators: 7066 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1696, VIP seats: 120) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Melih Sara took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Melih Sara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fırat Başbuğoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bedirhan Yavuzalp charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bedirhan Yavuzalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Catalcesme booed when Cayyolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedirhan Yavuzalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Catalcesme's kaya Revan got a free kick in the 8th minute. The throw-in from Mustafa Ali Akgüneş in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Catalcesme's Sarper Hızarcı. Cayyolu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Özcan Ulusoy scored to the left of an out of position Özmen Bakırhan, making the score, 2-1. In the 26th minute, Cayyolu's Mustafa Yaşar Dağtekin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mustafa Yaşar Dağtekin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cayyolu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mustafa Yaşar Dağtekin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ünal Toktamış could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Özmen Bakırhan made a huge save. In the 30th minute Bedirhan Yavuzalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fırat Başbuğoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tahir Arabacı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Özmen Bakırhan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özcan Ulusoy in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute Alkın Ekber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özmen Bakırhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Özcan Ulusoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özmen Bakırhan having to interfere. Özcan Ulusoy got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 3-1 in the right cross in the 39th match minute before Özmen Bakırhan had time to react. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkın Ekber in the 42nd minute of play forced Cayyolu's goalkeeper Özmen Bakırhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cayyolu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Özcan Ulusoy scored to the left of an out of position Özmen Bakırhan, making the score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Özcan Ulusoy to strike the kick off in the second half. Özcan Ulusoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Özcan Ulusoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Özmen Bakırhan was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Ali Numan Cerme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Fırat Başbuğoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bedirhan Yavuzalp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Fırat Başbuğoğlu made a huge save. The supporters of Cayyolu booed when Catalcesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ünal Toktamış didn't get a good kick on the ball. Özcan Ulusoy struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Özmen Bakırhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catalcesme. In the 74th minute, Alkın Ekber left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catalcesme fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Cayyolu's Özmen Bakırhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkın Ekber in the 80th minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Cayyolu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Numan Cerme to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özcan Ulusoy in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Özmen Bakırhan saved Cayyolu from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Tahir Arabacı kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fırat Başbuğoğlu. That made the score 5-2 in the 88 minute of play. Özmen Bakırhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Okaner Baykan in the 95th minute of the match. Catalcesme were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cayyolu for a fine match.
