Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rıza Akarsu took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Cengiz İnanoğlu during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Ali Cengiz İnanoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Ali Özbil might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Seyhan Taravet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Ali Özbil ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Cide booed when Ergani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bircan Argün didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Bulut Kabakçı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cide's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ergani the free kick. A collision led to Cide getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bulut Kabakçı hit a great ball. Bekir Necati made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Atay Tibet sent off a good shot on target. Cüneyd Özkutal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bekir Necati made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinçer Gülerce in the 20th minute of play forced Ergani's goalkeeper Seyhan Taravet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bekir Necati was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Atay Tibet showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 27th minute Rıza Akarsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bekir Necati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ergani's Bahri Öktuna got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 45th minute of the match, Atay Tibet got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bekir Necati was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

After some careless play in the Cide defense, Cenk Kağan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bekir Necati. The Cide fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bekir Necati should have stopped the shot. Faruk Arkan charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Faruk Arkan hit a great ball. Bekir Necati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahri Öktuna in the 99th minute of the match. Ergani were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cide for a fine match.
