If Rafet Sarıkaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selmi Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Kutalp having to interfere. Vacid Özberk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Agah Işıklar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vacid Özberk in the 16th minute of the match. When Selmi Reis fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akcakoca's protests and gave Selmi Reis a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbas Ağırtaş in the 20th minute of play forced Akcakoca's goalkeeper Agah Işıklar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sürüc JK booed when Akcakoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlhami Atlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Vacid Özberk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agah Işıklar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, İlhami Atlıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akcakoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlhami Atlıoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Akcakoca's zone, Vacid Özberk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agah Işıklar came out of the goal and Vacid Özberk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Abbas Ağırtaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agah Işıklar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abbas Ağırtaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Agah Işıklar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 49 minutes, İlhami Atlıoğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akcakoca and the Sürüc JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 49th minute, İlhami Atlıoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Selmi Reis to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match Akcakoca got a corner. Sürüc JK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Özbek Adıyaman ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Özbek Adıyaman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sürüc JK's Saltuk Kutalp did a great save. Özbek Adıyaman kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Agah Işıklar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abbas Ağırtaş in the 66th minute of play. Agah Işıklar didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After a rather tough play, Akcakoca's İlhami Atlıoğlu got a free kick in the 77th minute. The supporters of Sürüc JK booed when Akcakoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. İlhami Atlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sürüc JK's Kıvanç Sarif couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Akcakoca. Akcakoca's Selmi Reis got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Selmi Reis off the ground. A collision led to Akcakoca getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Selmi Reis hit a great ball. Vacid Özberk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Abbas Ağırtaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agah Işıklar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
