Ferhan Suay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selmi Reis in the 2nd minute of the match. Selmi Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erdem Altun SK's Gencalp Nizam managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ant Babürşah in the 17 minute of the game. Gencalp Nizam might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Agah Işıklar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gencalp Nizam ran back to his position shaking his head. Olgun Necmi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Agah Işıklar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erdem Altun SK's attentive Gencalp Nizam managed to snatch the ball when İlhami Atlıoğlu made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, Çağrı Baybora threw the ball into play from the sideline. Erdem Altun SK's Gencalp Nizam quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Gencalp Nizam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Erdem Altun SK booed when Akcakoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafet Sarıkaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erdem Altun SK's Ferhan Suay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafet Sarıkaya in the 45th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Hayrettin Tamerk's late challenge caught a Akcakoca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hayrettin Tamerk helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Erdem Altun SK got a freekick which was hit by Hayrettin Tamerk. Selmi Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferhan Suay having to interfere. Erdem Altun SK's attentive Gencalp Nizam managed to snatch the ball when İlhami Atlıoğlu made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, İlhami Atlıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdem Altun SK's Gencalp Nizam quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Çağrı Baybora, made in the 82nd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Çağrı Baybora in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Erdem Altun SK's Gencalp Nizam. Hayrettin Tamerk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
