Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hamdullah Hacılar got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Semih Çelik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Tolga Hendekli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş JK's Celalettin Deniz got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute of the match Demirhan Sanbay shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Tolga Hendekli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 15 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Beşiktaş JK's Hamdullah Hacılar fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Cihan Ülkem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beşiktaş JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Cihan Ülkem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Semi Sefer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Semi Sefer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hamdullah Hacılar in the 18th minute. Semi Sefer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamdullah Hacılar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamdullah Hacılars short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Semi Sefer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Hamdullah Hacılar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reşat Yörük in the 30th minute of play forced Beşiktaş JK's goalkeeper Ahmet Tolga Hendekli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beşiktaş JK's Hamdullah Hacılar got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ulvi Karacan kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. With a little luck, Catalcesme's Semi Sefer got control of the ball when Hamdullah Hacılar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Reşat Yörük made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Beşiktaş JK defense, Semih Çelik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahmet Tolga Hendekli. The Beşiktaş JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahmet Tolga Hendekli should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Beşiktaş JK getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ahmet Kadri Demirkan hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Catalcesme's zone, Cihan Ülkem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Semi Sefer came out of the goal and Cihan Ülkem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ali Asım Şükür made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ceyhan Kutay however managed to control. After 67 played minutes Catalcesme got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Arif Topçay. After 70th play minutes Semih Çelik shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Ahmet Tolga Hendekli and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamdullah Hacılar in the 79th minute of play forced Catalcesme's goalkeeper Semi Sefer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ceyhan Kutay charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ceyhan Kutay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ceyhan Kutay hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. The supporters of Beşiktaş JK booed when Catalcesme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Semih Çelik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catalcesme's Semi Sefer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamdullah Hacılar in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Beşiktaş JK's Celalettin Deniz got a free kick in the 95th minute. The audience was convinced that Hamdullah Hacılar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Semi Sefer was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When the final whistle went the supporters of Catalcesme were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Beşiktaş JK side.
