During the 93rd minute of the match Özgün Velican completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Özgün Velican a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th minute, Özgün Velican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Uludere JK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
