The tension between the Adana United and the Eminönü players grew even worse after the yellow card. Adana United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Demir Taşkın was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After having played for 13 minutes, Demir Taşkın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eminönü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demir Taşkın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Demir Taşkın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Işık Efe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demir Taşkın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Işık Efe made a huge save. Işık Efe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naci Zübeyir, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Ali Hamza Ayalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Derya Yurdaşen fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eminönü's protests and gave Derya Yurdaşen a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Eminönü got a freekick which was hit by Derya Yurdaşen. After having played for 44 minutes, Ali Hamza Ayalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eminönü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Hamza Ayalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berkay Şahoğlu struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Arif Tugay Vacit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adana United.

The wind increased when Naci Zübeyir made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Adana United booed when Eminönü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naci Zübeyir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eminönü's Demir Taşkın got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demir Taşkın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Işık Efe having to interfere. In the 65th minute Naci Zübeyir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Işık Efe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Adana United's goal looked a bit too open when Naci Zübeyir came free, but Işık Efe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Berkay Şahoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Naci Zübeyir came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Eminönü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Naci Zübeyir couldn't finish the play. Demir Taşkın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Demir Taşkın came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Eminönü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Demir Taşkın couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Eminönü fully deserved thier win.
