The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karaburun JK's Erdem Uzay got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Karaburun JK's zone, Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nazil Kani came out of the goal and Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp in the 14th minute of play forced Karaburun JK's goalkeeper Nazil Kani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Redbull Yalıköy's Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nazil Kani was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Muzaffer Metehan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nazil Kani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd match minute, Redbull Yalıköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timur Kaptan to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karaburun JK's goalkeeper Nazil Kani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bahadır Sarıkaya charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bahadır Sarıkaya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Redbull Yalıköy booed when Karaburun JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahadır Sarıkaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Semavi Arman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Redbull Yalıköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Semavi Arman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 47 played minutes Karaburun JK got a freekick which was hit by Bahadır Sarıkaya. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semavi Arman in the 49th minute of play forced Karaburun JK's goalkeeper Nazil Kani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Karaburun JK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Redbull Yalıköy were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafettin Şanberk made a kick off. Semavi Arman struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Nazil Kani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redbull Yalıköy. Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Nazil Kani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semavi Arman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Nazil Kani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Semavi Arman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nazil Kani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Devran Baysoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Nazil Kani made a huge save. In the 72nd minute Rafettin Şanberk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Tolunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Mehmet Oğuz Yılğıralp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Muzaffer Metehan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karaburun JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Muzaffer Metehan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ziya Tolunay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Semavi Arman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Nazil Kani made a huge save. Rafettin Şanberk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Redbull Yalıköy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
