Yakup Urangu's late challenge caught a Kırmızı Şimşekler's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yakup Urangu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Boluspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yakup Urangu to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ahmet Hamdi Özsu made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yunus-Emre Atar in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erenay Sertel saved Boluspor from getting behind. When Ahmet Arslanşah fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boluspor's protests and gave Ahmet Arslanşah a yellow card for diving instead. There was no doubt that Kırmızı Şimşekler were the better team. Kırmızı Şimşekler's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
