The long shot by Ahmet Harun Ufuk in the 24th minute really tested Feyyaz İslam's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sabahattin Zeynel got free with Feyyaz İslam in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orçun Soysal in the 28th minute of play forced Göle's goalkeeper Feyyaz İslam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aykut Nurbay was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Göle got a freekick which was hit by Refik Raci. In the 60th minute of the match Ferhat Ünlem sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feyyaz İslam skillfully saved the ball. Aykut Nurbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mustafa Cumhur Gazel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Göle's zone, Orçun Soysal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feyyaz İslam came out of the goal and Orçun Soysal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 played minutes Göle got a freekick which was hit by Cüneyt Oyal. Mustafa Cumhur Gazel made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Yusuf Özsungur sent off a good shot on target. Yusuf Özsungur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mustafa Cumhur Gazel made a huge save. Mustafa Cumhur Gazel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yusuf Özsungur in the 71st minute.
